Our 2024 schedule is full, and 2025 is almost full!

Meals

We are currently preparing food for 250 people. Items required are Food, plates, utensils, drinks (Bottled Water, Tea, Lemonade...), serving volunteers. We arrive on site at 5:15 for set up. A conformation email will follow confirming your date request.

Make a joyful noise!! Brings a solo performer, worship band, drama team, choir to perform for approximately 20-25 minutes for and after the message. We arrive on site at 5:15 for set up. A conformation email will follow confirming your date request.

THE BIG THREE

This is the ultimate volunteer experience for your group. 

You prepare and serve food for 250 people, provide worship music and bring the message of Christ. This is the Big 3. We arrive on site at 5:15 for set up. A conformation email will follow confirming your date request.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up that we can't control, we would need at least a 5 day notice for cancellation in order to locate another group to replace yours.

How to set-up when you serve:

Our truck will arrive at 5:15pm with tables, chairs, and sound equipment.  Please plan to set-up 2 serving lines!
